Sick of Disrespectful People
I hate people who thinks that people who listens to metal music must be drug addicts, smokers, alcoholics, anarchists, violent and satanic persons, and that metalheads must have lots of piercings and tattoos and always wear dark clothing. People who think that way are just brainless. We are normal people who just like listening to a different kind of music and we do not deserve to be treated so badly! So, please, be respectful :-) And, anyway, people is supposed to be free to dress up as they like. So, people who does not respect metalheads should change their minds. And, they must know that we are not depressed or moody. Well, I just needed to say this because I am sick of disrespectful people. Sorry for my poor English, it is not my native language. "

Nice one, this is because of the stereotype created by hipsters and activists and yes the preachers who came up with the propaganda to frame metal as some kind of drug/satanic activity, Even bands like behemoth or cradle of filth purely stated their work as fictional, Like Nergal said when the video of Lucifer was released and blocked on youtube. And as Fisher from Cannibal Corpse quotes that the cannibal, human meat or whatever was intended to pursue a horror trend on their musical genre, and it was not intended to reflect or promote such ideas about devouring a human body or cutting out a virgin. But to some extent , I would agree with the people that obsession may violate any scene, and it does not necessarily have to be metal, Like Varg Vikernes Of Mayhem being jailed or The picture of Dead on their album cover, and it had been worse for the band Ancient while a fan was accused of homicide, specifically eating out a person's flesh while listening to their tracks. Besides, several suicides have been reported in the news and the basis was the lyrics as they said, had influenced them.
Into a deeper analysis, we see the majority has been teenagers , So all I can say is that this young people are way like this, obsessed with marijuana or metal , it never mattered. All it happened because of obsession. So if we can get off this obsession I guess the metalhead stereotype will vanquish within time. And again the genre is all about craziness and none would hardly give a damn. I dont know why the hell I wrote up a whole article lol I will be putting this up on my blog with your name as well. It was fun cheers.
